Shipping & Returns
As we have relocated to Canada from Charlotte, NC shipping will change some. Due to covid right now ship times may be longer. We will still ship the next business day for you. Packages are not shipped the same as the states. To keep costs down for you the packages at this time are not trackable. We have added an additional option for shipping for a trackable package and we are also absorbing some of that cost. Please know they will arrive they are just taking a bit longer right now. On average it is taking 7 business days.
We will accept returns for an online credit for items that are postmarked within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order. Store credits never expire. Please email us at email@example.com for return authorization. Customer service will get back to you as soon as possible Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm EST.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Any item purchased on sale is not eligible for return. Those sales are final.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or can not be returned. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org for info.
Returns must be unworn and in new condition. The item must be returned with original tags attached.
Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.
Original shipping is not refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving the return. It may take your bank up to 72 hours to refund you.
